Workshop Participation Agreement

Registration and Payment

Preregistration and prepayment are required for all workshops. Registration is available on line or you may register by mail by downloading the form and returning it to us. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required for this download. We cannot accept your registration or hold your workshop spot until tuition is paid in full. Secure payments can be made on line though our PayPal account. All returned checks are subject to a $35.00 service charge.

Refund and Cancelation Policy

As we prepare and/or order materials needed for training events upon receipt of registration, please take careful note of the following refund and cancelation policy.

We require a notice of cancelation of at least 1 week prior to the beginning of your workshop or training event to receive a full refund of your tuition. A partial refund of 50% will be given if cancelation is received 72 hours prior to the start of the workshop. No refunds will be given for cancelations received less than 72 hours from the start of the event. Tuition may be applied toward another training session if the cancelation notice is received anytime prior to the start of the workshop, including the day of the event. No refunds or credit toward another training event will be given for no-shows. Notifying us AFTER an event concludes constitutes a no-show and does not obligate us to issue a workshop credit, though credit may be given for unforeseen circumstances at our discretion. No refunds will be given for withdrawal from a multi-day workshop past the first day; however, you may be given a credit to use toward another training event at our discretion.

PLEASE NOTE: PayPal charges us a transaction fee to use their service (currently 2.9% + .30 ¢ per transaction); therefore, if you pay us via PayPal, this transaction fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

You will receive a full refund (including PayPal transaction fees if applicable) if Itty-Bitty Signers must cancel a class or workshop due to low enrollment or any other unforeseeable event.

Disclaimer/Waiver

The information presented in Itty-Bitty Signers’ classes and workshops was developed from educational and public resources. No claim is made as to the results of using said information. Itty-Bitty Signers, its employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns does not assume liability or responsibility to any person or entity with respect to the results of using the suggested techniques or materials provided in its classes or workshops.

In consideration of the registrant’s participation in any Itty-Bitty Signers class or workshop activity, I hereby waive and release all claims for damages for death, personal injury, or property damage that may occur as a result of engaging in any such said activity. This discharges in advance Itty-Bitty Signers, its employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns for liability. I understand that some activities may involve a risk of accident and I willingly assume the risk. This waiver, release and assumption of risk are binding on my heirs and assigns. I hereby release and hold harmless Itty-Bitty Signers, its employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns for any claims. I hereby consent to the photography, recording or reproduction in any other manner of the likeness, voice and or activities of myself and my child(ren), if applicable, and further authorize Itty-Bitty Signers to make unlimited use of such reproduction. I understand that I will not receive compensation, now or in the future for participating.
