Introductory Worshops For Adults and Children

This workshop is approximately 75 to 90 minutes and introduces the concept of signing with babies and young children based on the award-winning SIGN with your BABY® program by Dr. Joseph Garcia. We will discuss the advantages and benefits of signing and the supporting research. You will learn how to get started signing with your baby, the best time to begin, how and when to introduce signs, and how to incorporate signs into your daily activities. This is an interactive workshop and we will spend some time playing games and “signing” songs while we learn about 30 of the most useful signs.

$30 per person / $15 accompanying spouse

Preregistration is required for all classes and workshops. Registration fees are non-refundable and vary by class. For classes held at the PSL Civic Center, the registration fee is to be paid to the instructor on the first day of class.
